Corrugated Carton Supply
Corrugated carton supply is the foundation of everything else in this room. We cut and hold single wall, double wall and heavy triple wall cartons in the sizes exporters and online sellers actually ship, from small accessory boxes right through to pallet-sized outer containers. Each grade is chosen for the load it will carry and the route it will travel, so a lightweight parcel moving locally does not pay for board it does not need, and a stacked export load does not travel on board that cannot take the compression.
Board selection is a conversation rather than a catalogue lookup. We look at the edge crush rating, the liner quality and the moisture exposure of the journey, then match a grade to it. Common sizes are held for fast repeats, and specials are cut to a supplied sample or a set of dimensions. Every batch is checked for board thickness, score depth and square corners before it is counted onto a pallet, because a score that sits a few millimetres out of place will still fold and still collapse later under stack.
Repeat buyers can lock a standing carton size so reorders skip the drawing stage entirely. That stability matters to a pick-and-pack operation, where a carton that changes dimensions between deliveries forces every packing instruction to be rewritten. Ask about standing sizes if your volumes repeat through the year.

Die-Cut Inserts and Partitions
Die-cut inserts and partitions are where good packaging earns its keep. A cell partition that holds twelve small items apart prevents more damage than a great deal of void fill, because it removes the movement rather than cushioning the result of it. We cut partitions, corner pads, tray inserts and layer dividers from the product dimensions you supply, then assemble the insert inside a sample carton and test the fit before any run is released.
Inserts are designed around both the product and the carton wall at the same time. A divider that fits the item but not the outer will rattle, and a divider that fits the outer but not the item will crush. Working from your dimensions and a simple drop risk assessment, we set the cell sizes, the tab depths and the assembly pattern so the insert sits under light tension and holds its shape in transit.
Flat-packed inserts are the default because they store cheaply and assemble quickly on a packing line. Where your line already has an assembly routine, we can match the insert to it rather than asking your team to learn a new fold. SERVICE 3
Protective Packaging
Protective packaging is placed where damage actually happens: at the corners, along the edges and on the faces that meet a conveyor or a stack. We supply void fill, edge protectors, foam wrap, moisture liners and cushioning for electronics, ceramics and machined parts. The aim is not to add material for its own sake but to put the right protection where a parcel takes its knocks on the last mile.
We match protection to the carton grade so nothing is over-specified and nothing is left bare. A heavy machined bracket in a double wall carton may need only edge protectors and a floor pad, while a fragile ceramic needs foam wrap, a partition and a moisture liner together. Overspending on protection is as much a planning failure as under-spending, because it changes the cost of every unit you ship without changing the outcome.
Moisture control deserves a mention of its own for sea freight and long warehouse dwell times. A liner that costs very little per carton can be the difference between a clean delivery and a claim, particularly where goods cross a humid season. Printed Carton Runs
Printed carton runs carry one and two colour flexo print for brand marks, handling symbols, batch codes and barcodes on the outer face. Retail cartons can carry multiple panels of print while shipping cartons stay plain and cheap, which keeps cost on the boxes your customers see and keeps it off the boxes that only see a warehouse floor.
Print registration is checked against a signed proof before the run is released to the line. That single discipline prevents the most common and most expensive packaging error, which is a perfectly good run of cartons carrying a mark that is slightly out of position or a colour that does not match the approved sample. The proof sheet stays pinned beside the board while the job runs.
Barcodes and batch codes are treated as functional print rather than decoration. We check the symbol size, the quiet zone and the contrast so a scanner reads it first time on a busy line. If your customer requires a specific marking format, supply it and we will build the print layout around it.
SERVICE 5
Sample and Proof Service
The sample and proof service exists so that fit, score and flap length are agreed on the bench rather than discovered in a warehouse. A folded sample reaches you before any tooling is committed. You can fill it, close it, stack it and hand it to your packers. If something is wrong, it is wrong on one carton and not on a pallet load.
Nothing goes to a full run that has not been folded, filled and closed at least once in this room. That is a simple rule and it has saved more money than any negotiation. Proof sheets for print sit beside the carton sample, so you approve the box and its markings as a single object rather than as two separate promises.
Sample turnaround is kept short deliberately. A sample that takes three weeks to arrive has no chance of catching a design problem before a production date is fixed. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether the sample can reach you in time to be useful.

Consolidated Export Delivery
Consolidated export delivery brings the finished work together. Cartons, inserts and protective stock are collected into a single staged delivery so your packers receive everything at once instead of chasing three separate arrivals. We prepare loading lists, pallet counts and markings that match the shipping documents, which keeps the warehouse and the freight forwarder reading from the same page.
Deliveries run from the Tai Lin Pai Road counter to addresses across Kowloon and onward to the terminals. Consolidation is not only tidier, it is safer, because goods that arrive together can be checked together against one list. A missing carton size is easier to spot in a single staged delivery than in a series of partial ones.
Where an order is split across several shipping windows, we hold the balance and release it to the schedule you set.
